After a day exploring mid-Wales you can be sure of a warm welcome at the Glen Usk Hotel. The Glen Usk Hotel is situated in the centre of this pretty spa town.
The hotel features a spacious bar lounge and restaurant, both of which overlook Temple Gardens, and a function room with dance floor where entertainment is regularly held. There's also a sun patio overlooking Temple Gardens which is a lovely spot to while away an hour on a sunny day. All 79 bedrooms are en suite and feature colour tv and tea and coffee making facilities. There is a lift to all floors, and limited free car parking is available. Please note that all our bedrooms are non smoking. Forthcoming Events; The Glen Usk is only 7 miles from the Royal Welsh Showground at Builth Wells. June 11th - Welsh Castles Relay Race. June 29th - Wales and Border Counties Hound Show. August 18th 19th & 20th - Welsh Kennel Club Dog Show. Victorian Festival - 19 - 27th August 2006 - 25th Anniversary. September 9th & 10th - International Antique & Collectors Fair. November 27th & 28th - Royal Welsh Winter Fair. We also have some family rooms (triples and quads) for those weekends and half terms, Children's Menu, Cots and High Chairs plus baby listening service available. Local interests - Trout Fishing - Shooting - Quad Trekking - Cycle trails - Canoeing - Rambling & walking - Craft Centres - Motorcycle & Car Rallies.

From the North take the a483 to Llandrindod Wells, and as you enter the town take the second exit on the roundabout and continue until you pass the hospital. Take the next turning on the right then first left into Middleton Street. Turn left into a lane next to Lloyds Bank to enter the hotel car park. From the South on the a483, follow the road until you reach a zebra crossing. Turn next left into Station Crescent. Take the first left into Middleton Street, turn left again into a small lane for the hotel car park.
